Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, VIAA must receive a cancellation request five days (5) prior to the class and any study material must be returned. Requests received within the five (5) day period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No Shows" forfeit the entire registration fee. 

If VIAA cancels a class due to unforseen circumstances, members will be awarded an 18 month credit for future education.
