Each attendee will receive a passport and is encouraged to visit each exhibitor booth to engage and network, and get a chance to win a $500 vacation voucher!

Exhibit Hall Open for President's Reception

Thursday, September 26 | Exhibit Hall Opens at 8am
Attendees will be encouraged to visit the exhibit hall throughout the day to complete their passports and chance to win a travel voucher. We have scheduled a 20 minute break during the morning CE classes. You can expect an influx of attendees from 10:50am-11:10am. An extended lunch is offered to again give attendees the change to visit booth. The afternoon CE session will include 10 minutes breaks between each class. The day will wrap up with an Exhibitor Reception from 4:20pm to 5:15pm. At the conclusion of this reception, the evening will move to Hula for a cocktail reception, dinner & entertainment. (All exhibitor prizes will be announced at the Cocktail Reception at Hula)

Exhibitor Prizes/Give-a-ways:

If you plan to have a prize or give-a-way, please note, we will be announcing winners at the Cocktail Reception at Hula. During the Exhibitor Reception at the hotel, VIAA staff will come around to gather your winners. You will be in charge of getting the prize to the recipient as VIAA will not take any prizes on someone's behalf.
